FOW Fords of Winsford Manchester as a company delivered to me overall very professional and honest service. I cam to buy a car I dreamed of for a while and I would give 5* in sincerity for not hiding any issues as the FOW member of staff was very clear, honest, and forthcoming on the test drive about a couple of very minor electric issues on the car and fixed them promptly, as promised, ahead of purchase and even provided detailed receipt proof of the job done. 5* to Craig Sykes who did a great job at handling my case, always available to answer questions, friendly, and with lots of professionalism. If anything, unfortunately, there was no space for negotiation on the final price of the car and Craig wasn't present at the handout of the car, and instead, it was this lady called Sarah who, in my opinion, I didn't like at all as she came across as rather cold, uninterested to serve me, dishearted, and more interested in talking to her colleague instead of answering my important questions. Otherwise no complaints about FOW.
